Candidate Card Breakdown - Relevance Tab

🧾 Understanding the Relevance Tab in Myn Portal

The Relevance Tab helps you quickly understand how well a candidate matches your job opening. It shows a simple summary of the candidate’s past experience, relevant industries, and skills—all in one place.

This means you don’t have to click around different tabs to find important info. You’ll see what the candidate has done, in what industry, and what they know how to do, all at a glance.

📍What You’ll See in the Relevance Tab

When you open the Relevance Tab, you’ll find three main sections:

  • Experience – How many years the candidate has worked in relevant roles.

  • Industry Relevance – Whether their past jobs were in industries that match your job opening.

  • Skill Groups – The skills the candidate has, shown in easy-to-read groups.

🔍 How to Use the Relevance Tab (Step-by-Step)

1. Open the Relevance Tab

  • Click on a candidate's profile from your job submissions list.

  • Then click on the "Relevance" tab at the top of the screen.

2. Review Experience & Relevance at a Glance
