  • It matches your skills and work experience with job openings that fit you.

  • You can browse jobs, apply, and even get invited to special hiring groups called Talent Pools.

🤖 How Does Myn Work?

Here’s a simple breakdown:

  1. You create a profile on Myn with your skills, experience, and job preferences.

  2. Myn’s smart technology reads your profile.

  3. It shows you job opportunities that match your background.

  4. Companies or recruiters can also find your profile if you're in their Talent Pool.

What Are Talent Pools?

  • Talent Pools are special groups created by companies or recruiters.

  • They include job seekers who are a good match for certain types of roles.

  • The Myn system looks through Talent Pools of potential candidates to find people who match what the recruiter needs. It then automatically recommends these candidates apply for the job.

💡 Tip: You can be in more than one Talent Pool at the same time!

How Can I Join a Talent Pool?

You can join a Talent Pool in two ways:

  1. Open Talent Pools – You can join these yourself.

  2. Invitation-Only Talent Pools – You’ll need to be invited by the company or recruiter.

To increase your chances:

  • Keep your profile work experience section complete and updated.

  • Add your latest skills and experience in the description section of any work experience.

🔐 Your Data & Privacy

Who Controls My Data?

You do. You decide:

  • What information is shown in your profile.

  • When to edit or remove your profile.

  • If you want to leave a Talent Pool or withdraw from a job application.

Is Myn GDPR Compliant?

Yes! Myn follows strict privacy rules under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

  • You’ll be asked to give permission (consent) when creating your profile.

How Secure Is My Data?

Your data is safe and secure with Myn. We use:

  • Safe hosting on trusted platforms like Amazon EC2

  • Strong encryption to protect your personal info

  • Identity verification tools to prevent misuse
