We're sorry to see you go! If you decide you no longer want to use your Myn account, you can request to delete it. This process is quick and simple.
Here’s how to do it:
📧 Step 1: Contact the Support Team
To delete your account, you need to send an email to our support team.

Send a message to: support@myn.co.uk

Use a subject line like: “Request to Delete My Myn Account”

In the email, simply write that you'd like your account to be removed.

⏳ Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

After you send your request, the support team will begin the deletion process.

It may take up to 24 hours for your account and all your data to be completely removed from our system.
You won’t need to do anything else after sending the email. Just wait for confirmation from the support team.
