💬 How to Contact a Recruiter on the Myn Portal

If you have questions about a job or want to talk directly to the recruiter, you can easily send them a message through the Myn Portal.

Follow these simple steps to get started:


✅ Step 1: Log In to Your Myn Account

  1. Open your internet browser and go to the Myn Portal login page.

  2. Enter your email and password, or use the Passwordless login.

  3. Click the "Login" button.


✅ Step 2: Open Your Applications List

  1. Once you're logged in, look for the tab on the left side menu that says "Applications".

  2. Click on it to see the list of jobs you've applied for.


✅ Step 3: Select the Job You Want to Talk About

  • From your list of applications, click on the job title you want to ask about.


✅ Step 4: Start a Chat

  1. In the top-right corner of the job details page, click the "Chat" button.

  2. Then, click the "Start a Chat" button that appears.


✅ Step 5: Name Your Chat

  1. A pop-up will appear asking you to add a subject.

    • You can name it something simple like “Question about [Job Title]”.

  2. Click the “Create Conversation” button.


✅ Step 6: Write and Send Your Message

  • In the message box, type your message to the recruiter.

  • You can:

    • Introduce yourself.

    • Use your cover letter to make a strong impression.

    • Ask questions about the job.

    • Request an update or ask them to get in touch with you.

📝 Example:
“Hi, I’m very interested in this role and would love to know more about the next steps. Please feel free to contact me with any updates. Thank you!”


✅ Step 7: Wait for a Response

  • The recruiter will get a notification in their portal and an email letting them know you’ve contacted them.

  • You’ll also get:

    • An email when they reply.

    • A notification inside the Myn Portal (look near your profile or inbox area).
