If you need help while using the Myn VMS Portal, there are two simple ways to contact the Myn Support Team:

Steps to email Myn Support:

  1. Open your email (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

  2. Start a new message.

  3. In the To field, type: support@myn.co.uk

  4. In the Subject line, write a short title for your issue (e.g., "Problem logging in").

  5. In the main message area, explain your problem clearly. You can include:

    • What you were trying to do

    • Any error messages you saw

    • Screenshots (if needed)
