Inviting Your Candidates To Join A Talent Pool
📬 How to Invite Candidates to Your Talent Pool
The Talent Pool in Myn helps you keep track of great candidates for future roles. To add people to your pool, you’ll need to send them an invitation.
There are two types of invitations you can send:

Internal Invitation – for candidates who already have a Myn account

External Invitation – for candidates who don’t have an account yet
🟢 1. Sending an Internal Invitation
(For candidates who already use Myn)
📌 Steps to Follow:

Go to your Talent Pool

From your dashboard, click on the Talent Pools tab in the left side menu and then select the Talent Pool you wish to invite the candidate to.

Click the “Invites” tab

This is found at the top of the Talent Pool page.

Click on “Create Invite”

Search for the candidate
-
In the search bar, type the candidate’s name or the email they use on Myn.
- After selecting the candidate you can then type out a message that will be included in the email the candidate receives.

Send the invite

Once you have composed your message, click the Create Invite button and the invitation will now be sent to the candidate.

🔵 2. Sending an External Invitation
(For candidates who are not yet on Myn)
📌 Steps to Follow:

Go to your Talent Pool

Just like with internal invites, open the Talent Pool where you want to add someone.

Click the “Invites” tab

Click on “Create External Invite”

Fill in the candidate’s information
-
First Name
-
Last Name
-
Email Address
-
A short message (this will appear in their invite email)

Send the invite

Click to send. The candidate will get an email to join Myn and accept your invitation.
