Joining A Talent Pool

Talent Pools help connect you with job opportunities that match your skills and experience.

By joining one or more Talent Pools, you increase your chances of being recommended for jobs, sometimes even from companies you haven’t considered yet!

✅ What Is a Talent Pool?

A Talent Pool is a group of job seekers that companies search when they have job openings.

• You can join Talent Pools for different companies

• You can also join the Myn Community Open Market Talent Pool, which gives you access to jobs from many employers

📝 Two Ways to Join a Talent Pool

You can join a Talent Pool in two ways:

Option 1: Join Through the Talent Pool Page

Step-by-Step:

1. Go to the Talent Pool page 

2. After selecting which Talent Pool - click the Join Now button

3. If you don’t have an account:

   • Fill out the sign-up form with your name, email, and work info

   • Click Submit

   • Once logged in you will have to complete the sign-up wizard with your details.
   • After completing the sign-up wizard you can then navigate to the talent pool page on your account to see your complete sign-up to that talent pool.

1. If you already have an account:

   • Click Login when prompted

   • Enter your login details

   • Confirm that you want to join the Talent Pool

Option 2: Join Through an Email Invite

Step-by-Step:

1. Check your email for an invite from an employer

2. Click the Join Now button in the email

3. Depending on your situation:

   • If you don’t have an account, the sign-up form will open with your info already filled in (like your name and email)

   • If you already have an account, you’ll be logged in automatically and taken to a page to confirm joining

4. Click the Join Now button to finish

🔍 How to See Which Talent Pools You’ve Joined

1. Log into your Myn account

2. Click on Your Name (bottom-left of the screen)

3. Go to Talent Pools
