The Matches feature in the Myn Portal helps you quickly find the best candidates for your job openings—without having to search manually.

It shows you people who match your job based on skills, location, availability, pay rate, and legal work status. These candidates can apply right away, and you'll see them instantly.

  • The Matches feature picks out the most suitable candidates automatically.

  • You don’t need to search through lists—just check who’s been recommended and start reviewing right away.

🔎 How to Filter Matches (Step-by-Step)

You can narrow down the list of recommended candidates to match your needs even more closely.

1. Go to Your Job Posting

  • Find your vacancy from the list on the dashboard.

  • Click on it to open the job details.

2. Click on the “Matches” Tab

  • At the top of the screen, click on “Matches”.

3. Use Filters to Refine Your List

You can choose filters to narrow down your recommended candidates:

  • Source – Choose if the candidate came from a system suggestion or manual search.

  • Skills – Select the skills required for your job.

  • Industries – Pick the industries that are most relevant to your role.

  • Companies – Include or exclude candidates based on their work history.

  • ESCO Level 1 – Choose broader job types to match your role more accurately.
