Setting Up VMS Notifications

  1. Log in & Go to Settings
    Log into your account, then click your name in the bottom-left corner to open the settings page.

  2. Navigate to 'Contact Details & Notifications'
    On the settings page, find and click the ‘Contact Details & Notifications’ section.

  3. Add Your Phone Number
    Click the ‘Edit’ button, fill out the form, and add your phone number.

  4. Opt-in for WhatsApp Notifications
    Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the WhatsApp option, select to opt-in, then click ‘Save’.

  5. Add Notification Subscriptions
    Scroll down to find the ‘Add Notification Subscriptions’ button and click it.

  6. Select Your Preferred Notifications & Channels
    Use the toggle to choose which notifications you want. Then, select how you’d like to receive them (Email, WhatsApp, or both).

  7. Complete Setup
    In the bottom-right corner, click ‘Subscribe to x notifications’ to finish setting up your notifications.
