Submitting a Candidate to a Client on the Myn Portal
This document explains how to submit a candidate to your client using the Myn Portal, starting from the relevant vacancy and completing the client submission.
Step 1: Open the Vacancy and Access Applications
Navigate to the Vacancies page in the Myn portal and locate the vacancy the candidate has applied for (e.g., the Java Developer position).
Click the Applications tab for that vacancy to view all applicants.

Step 2: Select the Candidate to Submit
In the Applications list, find the candidate you wish to submit to your client (for example, Conan O'Brien for the Java Developer role).
On the candidate’s card, click the Client tab at the far end of the card to access client submission options.

Step 3: Send the Candidate to the Client
In the client submission options, select Ready to Submit, then click the Send to Client button to initiate the submission.

Step 4: Confirm the Submission
When the confirmation modal appears, review the candidate details to ensure you have selected the correct person.
Once satisfied, click Yes, Send to complete the submission. Your client will now receive the candidate.
