The Vacancy Dashboard is your control center for each job you've posted. It gives you a full overview of the job and the candidates — all in one place.
Whether you're checking who applied or managing job details, this is the spot to do it.
🧭 What You’ll See on the Vacancy Dashboard
When you open a job on the Myn Portal, here’s what you’ll find:
🔢 Applications Overview

How many people applied
-
How many matches were found
-
How many candidates were recommended
📄 Vacancy Details
This section shows the key job info:

Job title
-
Status (e.g., Open or Closed)
-
Project name it's linked to
-
Employer reference number
-
Date the job was created
📢 Job Advert
You can check where your job ad was posted.

Click the “Adverts” button to open and review the job ad

You’ll see the ad as it appears in the Talent Pools you selected
⚙️ What You Can Do from the Vacancy Dashboard
Here are the quick actions available to you:
❌ Close the Vacancy

Click the “Close” button to stop accepting applications
- Please note that any applicants not in the 'hired' status will be sent a message informing them they were unsuccessful in their application.
🔄 Move the Vacancy

Need to shift the job to a different project?
Click “Move” to select a new project for the vacancy.
📋 Copy the Vacancy

Want to post a similar job quickly?

Click “Copy” to duplicate the vacancy details and edit as needed.
