Withdrawing An Application

❌ How to Withdraw Your Job Application on Myn

There may be times when you no longer want to be considered for a job you’ve applied to — and that’s completely okay!

Maybe you found another opportunity, or the role isn’t the right fit anymore. Whatever the reason, you can easily withdraw your application from the Myn VMS Portal in just a few steps.

🔄 Step-by-Step: Withdraw Your Application

1. Log in to your Myn account

  • Go to the Myn Portal and sign in with your email and password, or request a passwordless login link.

2. Go to the "Applications" tab

  • Once logged in, look at the menu on the left side.

  • Click on "Applications" to see the list of jobs you’ve applied for.

3. Find the job you want to withdraw from

  • Scroll through your applications to find the correct job listing.

  • Click on the job title to open the full job details.

4. Click "Withdraw Application"

  • At the top right corner of the job details page, you’ll see a red button labeled “Withdraw Application.”

  • Click on it.

5. Choose your reason for withdrawing

  • A pop-up will appear asking why you’re withdrawing.

  • Select the reason that fits best (e.g., found another role, no longer interested, etc.).

6. Confirm your withdrawal

  • After choosing a reason, click the “Withdraw Application” button in the pop-up to confirm.

✅ You’re Done!

Once you confirm, your application will be completely withdrawn from that job, and you won’t be considered for that position anymore.

💡 Note: If you change your mind later, you may need to reapply — depending on the job and whether it’s still open. If you would like us to reinstate your application please email support@myn.co.uk
